SEASONAL RATES FOR 2011

$1800.00 + tax, Water and Electricity on-site, Electricity is metered and billed on a monthly basis

$2000.00 + tax, Water, Electricity and Sewer on-site, Electricity is metered and billed on a monthly basis

MAINE SALES TAX: 7%

These prices consist of a family of 2 adults and 2 children, 18 years of age and younger.

Each additional child is $25.00 + tax.

DAILY RATES FOR 2011

TENT: $24.00/day + tax

WATER & ELECTRIC: $29.00/day + tax

WATER, ELECTRIC & SEWER: $34.00/day + tax

MAINE SALES TAX: 7%

WEEKLY RATE: save 10%

MONTHLY RATE: save 20%

EXTRA PERSONS: $4.00 each/day

DAY VISITORS: $3.00 each/day

CABLE TV: Call for Rates and Availability

These daily rates are based on a family of 2 adults and 2 children age 12 and under.

A One Night Nonrefundable Deposit is Required for All Reservations

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IF YOU LEAVE EARLY.
